Homeopathic Treatment of Gastritis, Peptic Ulcer, Duodenal Ulcer Patient

An inflammation (redness and swelling) of the lining of the stomach. The stomach has four layers namely mucosa, submucosa, muscular, and serosa; inflammation of the mucosa layer is called gastritis. Lesion (erosion) in the mucosa of the stomach is known as peptic ulcer. The lesion in the mucosa of the duodenal is known as a duodenal ulcer. A patient comes with mild fever, loss of appetite, pain in the epigastric region, persistent nausea and vomiting, etc.
CAUSES: -
Mental cause: -A sudden or prolonged stress condition on the mind of a person initiate these diseases.
Physical causes: - These diseases are mostly caused by infection by Helicobacter pylori. Other infections can be viral. An ulcer is caused by an imbalance between acid and pepsin (an enzyme) secretion and the defenses of the stomach mucosa. Irritation of mucosa can be caused by medications (such as aspirin or nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory medications (NSAIDs) and excess gastric acid secretion. Excessive alcohol and cigarette smoking aggravated these diseases.
SYMPTOMS:-
Gastritis:-
# Hic cough, Abdominal indigestion
# Loss of appetite
# Nausea and vomiting
# Vomiting blood or coffee-ground like material
# Dark stools
Peptic (gastric) ulcer

# Wake the person at night

Duodenal ulcer:-

CONVENTIONAL TREATMENT:-
In this mode of treatment, ulcer-healing medications such as cimetidine, ranitidine, famotidine, or sucralfate are used which are unable to control the excess secretion of gastric acid. They try to eliminate Helicobacter pylori with a combination of antibiotic therapy. Have you ever thought, that every person has helicobacter in their stomach then why should not everyone get this disease. The reason is that each and every individual have their own immunity and only that person gets a disease whose immunity is weak. The same is true for this disease also. They do not have any medicine to deal with this weakened immunity.
At last, Surgical intervention is indicated in people who do not respond to medicines. A vagotomy (cutting the vagal nerve that controls gastric acid production in the stomach) is done.
